Requirement Review
Our team reviews your requirements and confirms we can fulfill them. If your specs need clarification, we'll reach out directly.
Detailed Quotation
You receive unit pricing (FOB Guzhen), lead time, MOQ confirmation, and any relevant certification documentation for your destination market.
Engineering Review
For custom or OEM requests, our R&D team reviews your drawings or reference images and flags any production considerations before you commit.
Sample Arrangement
If you want to verify quality before placing a bulk order, we'll discuss sample options in the same response.
Tip: Most buyers in new categories start with a sample order of 2–5 units before committing to a full production run. We build that into the conversation from the start.

What to Include for the Most Accurate Quote
The more specific your RFQ, the faster we can turn around a useful response. For decorative and custom lighting, the details that matter most:
Quantity
Total units and, if relevant, how many SKUs you're splitting across.
Destination Market
Determines which certifications apply — CE for Europe, UL for North America, SAA for Australia.
Finish Preference
Brushed gold, matte black, chrome, custom color, or open to recommendation.
Driver Requirements
Voltage (110V / 220V), dimming compatibility (TRIAC, 0-10V, DALI), or leave it to us if you're not sure.
Customization Scope
Standard catalog item, minor modification, or full OEM/ODM from your drawings.
